WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING POLICIES?
​We have two shipping options to choose from. Our standard shipping is $7 and local delivery is free. Please allow 3-6 business days for processing your order. Shipping times could vary depending on your location.
HOW TO ORDER OUR CUSTOM PRESS -ONS?
To order a Solid Color Set you must know the nail shape, your nail sizes, and the color. If there is a custom color you would like for a solid color set feel free to send a message and we can discuss more color options.
To order ANY OTHER SET you MUST send me a direct message on Instagram @1002nails, an email to 1002nails@gmail.com, or through the contact form with your order request. This way we can discuss exactly what you would like to avoid any confusion. Each Handcrafted Press-On set comes with 10 nails!
HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY NAIL SIZES?
Proper nail sizing is extremely important to get the most wear time out of your nails! In order to find your correct sizing, purchasing a sizing kit is REQUIRED. Sizing for our Handcrafted Press-Ons is your responsibility! We do not offer refunds due to sizing mistakes. We do offer complimentary sizing kits for those that have previously purchased a set. Just shoot us a message and we will send you your personalized code.
HOW LONG DOES OUR PRESS- ONS LAST?
Our Press-Ons are meant to last at least 2 weeks using the provided glue. All of our sets come with glue, nail filer, orange buffer, a wooden pusher, and a How To Apply/ Remove card. With proper application, our nails are guaranteed to last! If you are not planning on wearing your Press-Ons for at least 10 days, we do have the option of glue tabs. To order glue tabs with your order please let us know! All of our Press-On sets can be reused with proper removal.
WHAT NAIL SHAPES DO WE OFFER?
We have 15 shapes/ lengths to choose from ranging from xxshort - medium. The sizes are as follows: xxs, squoval xxs almond, xxs round, xs almond, xs square, xs round, xs coffin, short square, short coffin, short almond, short round, medium almond, medium square, medium coffin, medium round. Depending on the length of your nail beds, certain lengths may appear to be shorter or longer than expected. If you are unsure of the perfect shape/ length for you we offer a Shape Finder Kit that comes with one size 4 of each shape that we offer.
WHAT ARE THE PRESS-ONS MADE OF?
All of our Press-On sets are made of 100% Soft Gel materials! Which makes the durable and reusable.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Due to shipping restrictions with our products, we currenlty are only able to offer shipping within the US.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We currently do not offer returns on our Handcrafted Press-Ons or Nail Lacquers. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!
RECEIVED YOUR ORDER DAMAGED?
If you have received a damaged item, please email us at 1002nails@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your package so that we can make it right for you!!
